The topics concern the sphere of individual and collective labour relations, the discipline of hiring, contractual models, social safety nets, corporate crises and reorganisations, and collective autonomy. Other aspects include the impact of globalisation on the legal systems of work and the transformations of the organisation of work in the context of the processes of digitisation of the economy.
