Private law

To regulate and to discipline the relations between citizens when they act as private legal entities; it concerns the relations between the affiliates.

Private law research covers multiple areas of life, with issues related to the person, family, property, private autonomy in all its manifestations, civil liability, the protection of rights and all issues related to these institutions. Particular attention is paid to the topics of the harmonisation of national laws: consumer law, also in its connections with the law of competition, Internet law, privacy law, etc.
