Agreements and collaborations

The University and its Departments enter into agreements and conventions with public bodies and national and international private entities to enhance activities in the educational and scientific field, encourage recruiting and promote technology transfer.

Departmental activities and contracts within the University Framework Agreements

  • AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF POLITICAL AND SOCIAL SCIENCES
    This is the agreement between the two Departments to confirm and strengthen the fruitful educational collaboration established in recent years, also through the sharing of organic points (POs) for joint operations. This is an important aspect to be evaluated in the broader reasoning that the DSG must initiate with the other UNIBO Departments where teaching activities are provided.
  • COLLABORATION AGREEMENT WITH FONDAZIONE FLAMINIA, THE RAVENNA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, AND THE 'RESOLVERE INSIEME' ASSOCIATION, TO PROMOTE THE CULTURE AND THE MEDIATION INSTITUTE - Contact: Prof. Michele Lupoi
    This agreement aims is designed to promote mediation as a valuable tool for the resolution of disputes and promote the knowledge and use of alternative justice services through the implementation of activities and training projects primarily aimed at students, undergraduates, postgraduates and PhD students of the Department's legal course in Ravenna. The parties will also be able to implement initiatives, courses of study and updates tailored to members of the professional orders and colleges of the Province of Ravenna and local associations, businesses and citizens interested in deepening their knowledge of these issues. The collaboration does not include financial commitments to be borne by the DSG.
  • FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN THE NATIONAL BAR COUNCIL AND THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF DIRECTORS OF LAW AND LEGAL SCIENCE
    This agreement regulates access to internships by students enrolled in the last year of degree courses in law, to be carried out at the offices of professional lawyers enrolled in the Council of the Bar Association, and to regulate how such internships are carried out, ensuring they ensure course attendance and successful completion of university studies, as well as the actual attendance in the professional office.
  • FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY AND THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF LABOUR CONSULTANTS
    It will allow for several months of internship, valid for admission to the examination of qualification to the profession of employment consultant, at the same time as attendance of the last year of the course.
  • FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT BETWEEN ALMA MATER STUDIORUM - UNIVERSITY OF BOLOGNA AND PROVEDITORY ADMINISTRATION PENITENTIARY EMILIA-ROMAGNA/MARCHE - Contact: Prof. Alvise Sbraccia
    This agreement will allow students to obtain internships lasting several months, valid for admission to the qualification examination required to become a professional consultant, while the student is attending last-year courses.
  • INSTITUTIONAL COLLABORATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF LEGAL STUDIES AND THE ALMA MATER FOUNDATION FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF RESEARCH ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF CHINESE LAW - Contact: Prof. Marina Timoteo
    The activities covered by the agreement concern:
    • the organization of workshops, seminars and cycles of lessons to help spread the results of research on contemporary Chinese law and the increasingly central role it is assuming in the context of the law harmonization processes, with particular reference to sustainable development and environmental protection;
    • the elaboration and implementation of a research programme on the language of Chinese law and the issues of translation into and from Italian law and English law;
    • the development of an annotated glossary on the subject of contemporary Chinese language and law.

Departmental Conventions

  • AGREEMENT BETWEEN DSG AND FLAMINIA FOUNDATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OF SUMMER SCHOOLS AT THE RAVENNA CAMPUS
    The following summer schools, which do not issue credits, will be held at the Ravenna office:
    - After the Salvini decree: changes to the reception system, under the direction of Prof. Francesca Curi;
    - Transnational tort litigation: jurisdiction and remedies, under the direction of Prof. Michele Angelo Lupoi.
    The Flaminia Foundation, a private non-profit institution established in Ravenna in 1989, aims to carry out activities to promote and support the development of the University, scientific research, the education system and higher education in Romagna and, in particular, under Article. 4 of its Statute, aims to carry out vocational training activities mainly in relation to higher education.

  • CONTRACT WITH THE EMILIA-ROMAGNA REGIONAL EMPLOYMENT - Contact: Prof. Andrea Lassandari
    On 5 December 2018, a contract was signed between our University and the Emilia-Romagna Regional Employment Agency, to award a service concerning ‘technical assistance for the implementation of research and consulting activities on the national and regional regulatory system, concerning employment services and active employment policies, aimed in particular at people with disabilities, disadvantages as well as those in fragile and vulnerable conditions, pursuant to Regional Law no. 14 of 2015’.
  • CONVENTION WITH THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOLOGNA - PERSONAL AREA AND ORGANIZATION OF JOINT PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TRAINING ACTIVITIES AIMED AT OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOLOGNA  - Contact: Prof. Patrizia Tullini
    The Municipality of Bologna has presented the department with a collaboration agreement for the joint design and implementation of training activities, aimed at municipal occupational safety representatives. Specifically, the municipality and the department will carry out, in a coordinated manner, the activities of: design, technical and scientific supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the initiative implemented.
  • CULTURAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN UNIVERSITY AND LIBERA (Associations, names and numbers against the mafia) - Contact: Prof. Stefania Pellegrini
    The goal of this agreement is to activate collaborations relating to students, interns, PhD students and researchers to raise awareness about and encourage the study of organized crime and political corruption, to spread practices of democratic legality and educate the public. The forms of collaboration will translate into training activities included in the 1st cycle and 2nd cycle degree programmes, post-graduate training, teacher training, curricular internships, training and guidance.
  • AGRREMENT FOR ADMISSION TO THE ‘MULTICULTURAL RIGHTS AND SOCIETIES’ ACADEMY – ‘RIGHTS AND MIGRATION’ SECTION - UNIVERSITY OF TUSCIA  - Contact: Prof. Federico Casolari
    The Academy in ‘Multicultural Law and Society’ is a network whose main objective is the creation of forms of collaboration between research groups and scientific experts spread throughout the country, as well as between academia, professions and civil society, pursuing a triple purpose: innovation in teaching (first mission); dialogue between experts in legal and interdisciplinary research (second mission); enhancement of applied research for the benefit of society (third mission). The DISTU – a leading department in the legal area of the University of Tuscia from 2018 to 2022 – will be the hub of the network for the five-year duration of the project approved by the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR).
  • [ENDED] CONVENTION WITH THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOLOGNA AND C.I.R.D.E. FOR THE ‘EUROPE COMES FROM YOU’ PROJECT  - Contact: Prof. Federico Casolari
    The International Research Centre on European Law (C.I.R.D.E.) has obtained a grant for a project entitled ‘Europe comes from you’, proposed as part of the notice for the support for initiatives to promote European citizenship pursuant to art. 21 ter of Regional Law 16/2008 promoted by local authorities in 2018, for the allocation of resources made available by the Emilia-Romagna Region in 2018. The project proposal, presented by the Municipality of Bologna as lead partner, has the following objectives: a) to increase the public’s knowledge of the functioning of EU institutions, European policies, rights and duties of European citizens and current issues addressed by the EU; b) to encourage democratic and civic participation and debate on the EU; c) to promote active European citizenship, to bring citizens closer to the mechanisms that characterize its actions and to increase a sense of belonging. The project ended on 31 March 2019.
  • CONVENTION WITH CEUNI FAMETRO UNIVERSITY CENTRE - MANAUS (BRAZIL)  - Contact: Prof. Giovanni Luchetti
    This initiative is part of the internationalisation of the University, in particular its relations with Brazil. The agreement provides for mutual cooperation in the field of higher education and research and the development of initiatives to promote mutual interests in scientific, artistic and cultural fields. Cooperation may include the implementation of joint research projects of mutual interest, the exchange of researchers and university professors to carry out research, consultations and the promotion of staff and scientific training, the organisation of seminars, symposia and colloquia on topics of common interest, and student exchange programmes.
