History
The Palace, with its classic 17th-century structure, has since 1650 been the seat of the College of the Flemish whose current function is to host, as wanted by its founder Jean Jacobs, university students or young scholars from Belgium and the Netherlands who wish to spend a period of study or research in the Red City with a scholarship.
In October 2021, the Department of Law acquired the former CRIFSP-SEAST (European School of Advanced Tax Studies) premises.
