The area of research covers a wide range of scientific profiles, in particular the issues relating to the financial structure of companies with share capital and cooperative companies, accounting law and its modernisation process, consortia and consortium companies, as well as the corporate crisis, in the dual perspective of directors' responsibilities and the instruments offered by the law for its negotiated solution. In the area of company law, special attention is paid to extraordinary transactions, transparency of listed companies, multi-sector companies and corporate governance.
