Re-Globe & DIEcon International Conference on “Sustainable Development as Fundamental Pillar of Economic Governance and Public Affairs”, Autorità Portuale, Ravenna, 9-10 November 2023
The principle of sustainable development plays a vital role in many areas of international law, it is a prominent element in the EU legal system and contemplated as a constitutional value at national level. The International Conference on “Sustainable Development as Fundamental Pillar of Economic Governance and Public Affairs”, which will take place in Ravenna next 9-10 November 2023, gathers together major senior experts and young scholars in the field to analyze the scope, role, and impact sustainability issues have in the different institutional levels of economic governance, taking also into consideration the relevance the principle of sustainable development retains for private economic operators. The scientific event is organized within the activities of the Re-Globe Jean Monnet Module (Coordinator: Prof. Elisa Baroncini), is sponsored by the Fondazione Flaminia and the Unibo Department of Legal Studies, and supported by DIEcon, the Interest Group on International Economic Law of the Italian Society of International Law.
