Topics concerning the sources, the relationship between the constitution, citizens and the religious factor, the peculiarities of the Holy See and the Vatican City State.

The area of research involves understanding the principles and rules governing the discipline of the religious phenomenon in state legal systems and coordination institutions of European countries, and also to address the problems of conflict resolution between the rules of religious orders and national and European legal systems, with regard to both the legislation and the case law of the national courts and the European Court of Human Rights.
