The Jean Monnet Re-Globe Seminar Cycle “EU Trade Policy, Sustainability, and Private Parties” presents the challenges that economic operators face because of the new EU autonomous measures. The key topics addressed are the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, the EU Regulation on Deforestation and the EU Batteries Regulation; the new generation of EU PTAs; and the extensive referral to corporate social responsibility put in place by the EU PTAs.
