History of medieval and modern law

History of medieval and modern law

Evolution of law from the last stages of Roman law to medieval law and ending with law in the modern era.

The area of research is that of developing the capacity to interpret and contextualise juridical sources of the medieval and modern epoch by grasping their political-institutional reasoning, but also to develop the capacity to historicise juridical norms and doctrinal or jurisprudential orientations through a critical analysis of juridical history.
