ALMAIDEA2017 - Design and development of a cloud-based database for necroscopic activity in the medical-legal area

The project aims to implement a database for necropsy activities that, on the basis of the autopsy report model, and in compliance with national and international regulations on privacy, data processing and investigative secrecy, enjoys a user-friendly cloud-based interface aimed at standardising the way in which cases are carried out and medico-legal consultancy reports are drafted.

The project is therefore also aimed at performing an accountability of the database, also pursuant to the provisions contained in EU Regulation 679/2016, evaluating the security measures aimed at ensuring compliance with the European regulations on data processing and investigative secrecy, which also combines these requirements with the implementation of innovative technological tools that allow easy access to the recipients and that, in general, allow implementation with other databases.
