Civil procedure law

Civil procedure law

To regulate all the legal rules that, in a given State, regulate the execution of the civil process.

The active areas of research are:

  • impact of recent reforms in the field of ordinary and special knowledge process, as well as arbitration, on doctrine and jurisprudence;
  • application of digital technology to the civil process.

The final goal is to take stock of the evolution of procedural models introduced with the many legislative innovations, evaluating their reciprocal conditioning and, on the whole, the concrete effects on the expectations of deflation and acceleration of civil proceedings and, more generally, the efficiency of the justice system.
