The Editors Elisa Baroncini, Federico Casolari, Pietro Manzini, Attila Massimiliano Tanzi, Greta Tellarini, in collaboration with Alessandra Quarta, announce the new open-access volume “Sustainable Development as Fundamental Pillar of Economic Governance and Public Affairs - The EU Approach and International and Domestic Perspectives”, published in the UNIBO Department of Legal Studies Series "Seminario giuridico della Università di Bologna".
This open-access book gathers the interdisciplinary research contributions developed in the activities of the Re-Globe Jean Monnet Project, coordinated by Elisa Baroncini and supported by the Department of Legal Studies of the University of Bologna. Starting from the research presented at the Re-Globe Ravenna International Conference, the book provides a rich and interdisciplinary analysis by the Re-Globe research team and several Re-Globe guests belonging to academia and national, EU and international institutions. The publication thus offers a wide, in-depth and critical overview of the relevance the EU approach has for sustainability matters in International Economic Law, with insights into Energy, Finance and Transport Law.
